Cheapest Price for a Jewelry or Diamond Appraisal
When calling around for the cheapest price for a jewelry or diamond appraisal, you may want to think about what it costs you in insurance premiums for the overvaluation of the appraisal value of your jewelry. Worse yet, not receiving the correct amount if you should have a loss of your valuable jewelry when it is undervalued. Be sure to check not only the gemological credentials of the person who will perform your jewelry or diamond appraisal, but also the credentials as a jewelry valuation expert.

| Pink Tourmaline Pendant |
Opal is commonly known as the October birthstone, however many don’t know that pink Tourmaline is the other birthstone selected by women wanting a gemstone less fragile than the Opal. It is also the gemstone usually used when designing most mother’s rings. It is bright and a very desirable pink color. Either way, October has beautiful options for jewelry that is full of meaning for women who wear their birthstone or of those they love. With October being the official month for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, what a perfect gemstone for October! Percentage of Measetique Jewels October Opal and Pink Tourmaline sales to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure Kansas City fund

Diamonds Bought on the Internet
I did another appraisal on a diamond that some poor guy bought on the internet. It is always the professional, the attorney, accountant or engineer who thinks he can buy smarter than dealing with his local jeweler he can trust in person. The diamond isn't pretty, doesn't sparkle, has no life, wonders why she doesn't like it. It looked great on paper! The one's that cert well and sell cheap on the internet are why they are there, no educated jeweler would buy it for a reason. When a gemologist appraises that diamond there are other factors that go into determining value besides the 4C's.
