I did another appraisal on a diamond that some poor guy bought on the internet. It is always the professional, the attorney, accountant or engineer who thinks he can buy smarter than dealing with his local jeweler he can trust in person. The diamond isn't pretty, doesn't sparkle, has no life, wonders why she doesn't like it. It looked great on paper! The one's that cert well and sell cheap on the internet are why they are there, no educated jeweler would buy it for a reason.
